Team—

I understand you all just wrapped up your town hall - I trust you’re as excited as I am with the good news. Previously I shared you all a update, I mentioned the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most motivated and talented developers we have had the pleasure to partner with - and we’re looking forward for that relationship to endure.”

Given your hard work and adaptability, particularly over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.

The player input from last fall’s the game testing phase was revealing. It affirmed the potential of a action-packed game but indicated we still had work to do. It uncovered the requirement for a clearer brand.

The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve progressed. You accepted the input to heart and overhauled the title with a refreshed direction - one that’s poised to deliver on its potential to our fans.

Our confidence in this project strengthens every day. To advance the incredible advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome Ben Brinkman as the incoming Lead of the team. After some time of talks, he starts with us on Monday, October 20.

His management and expertise in the PVP shooter genre is vast, having devoted the last 15 years creating and managing some of the most well-known series in gaming, including the acclaimed shooter, and lately, Apex Legends.

I invite you all in receiving him soon. We are all looking forward to continue observing the evolution of the game in the months to follow.
